Hive Heist

Hive Heist ("the Game," "we," "us") is an independently developed mobile game. This policy explains what information is gathered when you play, and why.
The Game saves the following locally, using standard Android app storage. It is never transmitted to us, to any server we operate, or to any third party:
To show ads, the Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). When an ad loads, Google and its advertising partners automatically process:

| Ad interaction events | Impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completions, used to measure ad performance |
We never receive this data ourselves in identifiable form — it is processed directly between your device, Google, and Google's ad partners.
Everything described above exists for one purpose: showing you ads and measuring whether they worked. Specifically, to:
We do not use any data to build a profile of you outside of advertising, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Hive Heist's ads are delivered entirely through Google AdMob. Google may work with a network of third-party ad technology providers to fill those ad requests; Google publishes the current list of these partners and how each of them may process data.
If you're located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent form — built on Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) — the first time you open it, letting you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can change this choice at any time by clearing the app's data in your device's App Info settings, which will show the form again on next launch.
Regardless of location, Android lets you limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier directly:
Hive Heist is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information in a way this policy doesn't account for, contact us at the address below and we'll address it.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of data collected about you through advertising.
Because AdMob data is processed directly by Google rather than stored on our own servers, the fastest path for most of these requests is Google's own privacy tools — Google Account privacy controls. You're also welcome to contact us directly with any question and we'll help however we can.
We don't operate backend servers for Hive Heist, which means there's no database of ours to be breached. Locally saved progress and settings stay inside your device's own app sandbox, protected by Android's standard per-app storage isolation.
If this policy changes — for example, if we add a new SDK or feature that collects different data — we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Hive Heist after a change means you accept the updated policy.
